Adventures with EASE in Bulacan

It's not all the time that I get to visit the Northern part of the Manila, so I'm not really familiar of the things and places worth visiting in that area. Few months ago, i was Lucky enough to be given a chance to see a different perspective to Bulacan with the #BlogaFam and EASE Technology Solutions

During this trip I get to discover a lot of awesome and beautiful spots in Bulacan that I never knew before. Here's a glimpse of the 5 Places i get to visit in Bulacan!

- Funnside Ningnangan Grill Restaurant -
(Guiguinto Branch)

Ningnangan is like a dampa where you can get fresh seafood and other famous Filipino dishes in any way you want it to be cooked. Just like how the people used to have it in palengkes or wet market.

The place offers delicious and relatively affordable dishes. A well-deserved lunch for this trip! Now that my stomach is filled, i'm ready to explore more about the hidden gems in Bulacan.

- EASE Technology Solutions -

Did you know that it is the first locally homegrown BPO in the Philippines? Well, now you know! hehe. This is owned and operated by Mr. Allan and Mrs. Ness Donato. EASE actually comes from the initials of their family EDNA, ALLAN, SHEA, and EDRIC. What amazes me about their story is that, they are the epitome of "rags to riches". They worked their way up high, no shortcuts! And it's awesome to see them being successful and enjoying the fruit of their labor.

- Barasoain Church -

Bulacan is really rich in culture and history. One must-visit place here is the Barasoain Church, also known as "Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish"; a Roman Catholic church built in 1888 in Malolos, Bulacan. Having earned the title as the Cradle of Democracy in the East, most important religious buildings in the Philippines and the palace of General Emilio Aguinaldo, the Church is proverbial for its historical importance among Filipinos.

The church recorded some of the important events occurred in the country. Three major events in Philippine History happened in this church: the convening of the First Philippine Congress, the drafting of the Malolos Constitution, and the inauguration of the First Philippine Republic. By Presidential Decree No. 260, the church was proclaimed as a National Shrine by President Ferdinand Marcos on 1 August 1973. Unusual for newly elected presidents in the Philippines, the church has been a venue for inaugural affairs. General Emilio Aguinaldo and former president Joseph Estrada were the only two who have been inaugurated in the place.
